Original artwork that was one of Wes Wilson's original proposals for the cover of "The Art Of Rock". It wasn't used, but the core lettering carried over to Wes's final proposal which was approved by Phil Grushkin -author of the book.
Pen and ink on thin stock. There are several hand written notes, in pencil, by Wes, including the 1987 copyright in the bottom margin. It is the only one that exists.
