James Reid was given a verbal approval on the right to print proof by telephone from Allen Ginsberg in August 1996. Allen Ginsberg died on April 5, 1997, which was prior to the signing of the right to print proof , the edition, and the documentation sheet. On January 14, 1998, the complete edition was numbered by Gemini and screenprinted with an estate stamp authorized by the Allen Ginsburg Trust. 10 CP are the collaboration proofs.
