Each print corresponds and features the name and Case # of a particular
villain that Batman helped lock up at some time, including the members of
the Rouge's Gallery and the League of Assassins.
(Instead of being numbered in a traditional manner, each is "named" with a different bad guy, similar to the editioning used on Pardee's "Guilty Smurf" print)
