Made for the Gallery1988/AND&STILL screening and “Blood, Sweat, and Art" show to promote "The Fighter" - Mark Wahlbergs portrayal of boxer "Irish" Micky Ward, Lowell MA's working class hero.
A reworking of another poster from earlier this year, which i generally avoid doing but the image of a boxer with his arms down was always a far more dramatic image to me than a fighter with his arms raised in victory. It's defiant and I doubt i could have come up with a better boxing image to fit the movie or Micky Ward. So here it is again, i feel i did it more justice this time round.
Run was 150 I believe, the ones from the show are not signed or numbered, any posters that come directly from me will be signed.
