Adding a Vendor

To add a vendor, contact sunsetbrew. Each vendor can be managed by exactly one member. However, a single member can manage multiple vendors.

Adding/Updating the Stock

Use this form to import a complete stock list.

File Format

The stock list is a plain text file with TAB seperated fields. One can use a spreadsheet program to create this file. We do all the work to add/remove and change listings. All a vendor has to do is send one file with the current inventory.

The fields in order are:

Expresso Beans print number
Condition
Print condition (N, LN, VG, G, F or P). See EB:Condition Help

URL
The url to purchase the item. Should go directly to item.

Example File:

1 VG 1.11 http://www.expressobeans.com/test1
3 VG 2.11 http://www.expressobeans.com/test3
4 VG 4.11 http://www.expressobeans.com/test4
5 VG 5.11 http://www.expressobeans.com/test1

How to determine the print #

The print number is the number next to title on the top of the art detail pages. Simply search for the art and when you find it, the edition number is right up top. When a print has many editions, click on the "General" tab if not already selected and be sure the correct edition is selected before copying the number on the top of the page. in the future, this will be even more obvious.

How do I get more support
