Josh Homme changed the name of the band Gamma Ray to Queens of the Stone Age after a German band by the same name (featuring Kai Hansen of Helloween) threatened legal action.
LP came with the note - Read This: This is the Gamma Ray featuring Josh Homme of Kyuss fame. It is NOT that guy from Helloween or whatever.
