18x24 screenprint, a story told a thousand times yet the freshness of morning dew still wets its face. the stage is set, the characters take their places.
the main timed edition is a gold metallic edition. the blue variant will be 25% of the run. run of 100 for the gold? blue is a run of 25. those blue variants will be substituted randomly into orders. the presale ends friday, 12PM PST.

'I PREFER THE BLUE VERSION.' - well, we can't guarantee that, its a random variant that is added to orders at the whim of the all-seeing shipper sarah. roll the dice and let the cards fall where they may.
these are set to print next week and my goal and desire is to have them in hands before the month ends. WE SHALL SEE. i also want to lose 20 lbs but sometimes fate grabs the steering wheel and drives you into a block of cheese.
MORE ABOUT THIS PRINT - i've been reading a lot of CS Lewis lately, as well as reading a bit about his relationship with J.R.R. Tolkien. it was pretty interesting to me that Lewis had trouble wrapping his mind around certain aspects of what Tolkien was sharing with him, until Tolkien suggested thinking about life, this life, as a myth which just happened to have the added benefit of being true. Tolkien uses the phrase 'little maker,' that "inspiration isn't meaningless, rather a prompting to fulfill our purpose as little creators." anywho, it struck a chord with me, and i incorporated elements of that idea into this artprint.
