Limited edition promotional / merchandise poster for The Hold Steady’s 2006-7 tour supporting their new release, Boys and Girls in America. The album explores themes of youth, love and of course drug culture. At it's center is a line from Kerouac, on which the poster is based. 700 20x26-inch sheets were hand-deckled to form the final posters, creating a piece that communicates through a unique marriage of application and material.
