This monograph is the first comprehensive survey of the body of work created from 1993 to 2010 by artist/designer KAWS, who started his career as a graffiti artist. The book presents the first scholarly approach to his work, with an essay by Aldrich curator Monica Ramirez-Montagut, a contribution by prominent curator Germano Celant, and an interview with KAWS by artist Gary Panter. The book accompanies the artist's first solo museum exhibition at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum.
