Hand distressed w/ bombs, acid and other materials.
What you are looking at is a one of a kind metal poster for the film MONSTERS that is being released theatrically today. If you aren’t familiar with MONSTERS, you should be. Here is the synopsis:
Six years ago NASA discovered the possibility of alien life within our solar system. A probe was launched to collect samples, but crashed upon re-entry over Central America. Soon after, new life form began to appear and half of Mexico was quarantined as an INFECTED ZONE. Today, the American and Mexican military still struggle to contain “the creatures”……
We decided to actually create the sign warning of the impending contamination from the monsters, so we first had D&L Screen Printing print 50 “clean” MONSTERS posters on sheets of metal. After they came in, we hired Daniel Brough-Stevenson to hand distress the posters. Daniel came highly recommended because of his work on Robert Rodriguez’s films. Daniel took about a week to do all 50 and USED ACIDS TO BURN THE PRINTS and ACTUALLY BLEW THEM UP WITH BOMBS! These posters have literally been through a war and are all unique. The one pictured above is an example of what you should expect, but rest assured, you will be getting something that nobody else will have.
