(Brad on BRY October 25 post #3424224) "There were 1550 total. About 1000 plus or minus a few sold at the gorge not s/n. Another 100 go to the band and crew. I sign and number the 100 copies i get, plus or minus a few. I number them according to how many were actually printed not out of how many were signed. The ones the ten club will sell, will be the remaining 350, and will not be signed and numbered."
